All intellectual property rights of the font remain exclusively with the designer. Purchasing a license grants the right to use the font; it does not transfer ownership, nor does it permit reselling, sharing, or redistributing the font files.

2. Scope of Use

The license allows installing and using the font on a specified number of devices or users, according to the purchased plan. Any additional installations require a separate license.

3. Permitted Uses

The font may be used for:

Print and visual design projects, including branding, posters, editorial layouts, packaging, marketing materials, books, and magazines.
Final outputs delivered as static or flattened files such as JPG, PNG, TIFF, or PDF, where the font cannot be extracted.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Sharing, distributing, selling, transferring, or sublicensing the font files to any third party.
Uploading the font in any way that enables public download or access.
Modifying, editing, reverse-engineering, converting, or creating derivative fonts without prior written approval.
Using the font as live or selectable text in websites, applications, software interfaces, or any digital environment.
Using the font as a Webfont, App Font, or embedding it in software or UI systems of any kind.

5. Working With Clients

Designers may use the font in client projects; however, the font files themselves may not be delivered to the client or any external party. Only flattened or static outputs may be delivered.

6. Corporate / Multi-User Use

If the font is used within a company or institution, each user or device must hold a valid license, or a multi-user corporate license must be purchased.

7. License Termination

The designer reserves the right to terminate the license in case of violations. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction may result in legal action or financial compensation.
